Why

The app store is the strategic centerpiece of Pilot, and there was no dedicated page for it. Targets agent app store / install agent app / pilotctl appstore.

What

New post ai-agent-app-store:

  • The discover → install → call loop with real pilotctl appstore commands
  • The signed / local / grant-scoped / auto-spawned app model
  • The current catalogue (AEGIS, cosift, sixtyfour, otto, plainweb, miren, smolmachines, wallet)
  • An objective relation to MCP (complementary, non-disparaging)
  • The publish flow (builder flywheel)
  • FAQPage JSON-LD + SVG banner

Brand-safety guardrails applied

  • No figures or benchmarks anywhere — the only statistic used is the sanctioned 243k+ agents.
  • Competitor/standard mention (MCP) is objective and non-disparaging.

Verification

npm run build ✓ (192 pages) · npm run check:plain ✓ · Article + Breadcrumb + FAQPage JSON-LD valid.

Engine's pilot-protocol#1 content target (app store = strategic centerpiece). Targets
"agent app store" / "install agent app" / "pilotctl appstore" — no dedicated
page existed. Covers discover→install→call, the signed-local-app model, the
catalogue, an objective MCP relation, and the publish flow. FAQPage schema.

Brand-safe per the engine's guardrails: no figures/benchmarks except the
sanctioned "243k+" agents; objective (non-disparaging) MCP framing.
